Too much echo. Doesn't explain purpose . Does not show 1 handed installation / use.

Such an unrealistic view of how to put the shoulder sling on if you've actually had surgery… There's no way in the world you would be able to shove your hand in the one end and make it come out the other without extreme discomfort… You're supposed to open up the Velcro tabs and place the arm in the sling. That would definitely be more protective of the shoulder

Next time choose something other than an echo chamber to record your demonstration!

what if you have physical training everyday and you do push ups, pull ups, and arm motion activities? what may i do to fix this problem or relieve the pain?
